This laserdisc was re-issued in Japan on October 27, 1999. The artwork is completely different from the original issue and it is no longer titled "We Are The Champions - Final Live In Japan". It is now simply titled "Final Live In Japan". It has been  released on Toshiba-EMI instead of BMG like the original was. And it has no OBI strip, just a small sticker on the outside (not on this scan). The catalog number is TOLW-3304
